I live in the UK and wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Hopkinton for her 90th birthday. The whole process was brilliant. Website easy to use. Lots of options. Easy checkout - not always the case when using US websites for us due to the zip code / postcode differences but it was quick and the delivery was made, as requested, on the same day. I just got a photo of the flowers and they are beautiful. My aunt is very happy!

WONDERFUL experience. Not only were the flowers beautiful but the service was incredible. We were in the middle of a heat wave and my gift recipient wasn't home to get the flowers until the shop had closed, but the shop worked with her schedule, delivered the flowers over after hours to meet her schedule, to ensure they wouldn't be left in the heat. Top notch service for an excellent product. Highly recommend everyone use this shop!!!

The Designer's Choice was truly unique and very colorful! The birthday girl said they were gorgeous! I called Wednesday and they were delivered Thursday, so prompt service and a lovely product! Will use Sunnyside Gardens again and again.

Such great service. When the plant was different color than what I chose the owner promptly made it right w additional flowers in the chosen color at no extra charge. Great service and a very thoughtful approach. I will be a frequent customer.

The delivery person left the flowers outdoor during the storm and by the time my friend was home to pick it up the whole bouquet was destroyed and it’s just waste of $100

[Update] However, I want to acknowledge that the team reached out quickly and offered to replace the flowers without hesitation. I truly appreciate the customer service and how they took responsibility. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that really counts. Thank you for making it right! Fantastic experience. The various colored roses were meticulously arranged and looked even more vibrant and more stunning than the photo itself. Upon picking up my order in person, the florist was incredibly friendly and gracious! Highly recommend!

The flowers were beautiful but the candy I received was supposed to be, I believed, 2 boxes and I only got 1 and the candles were supposed to 3 and only received 1
