I live in the UK and wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Hopkinton for her 90th birthday. The whole process was brilliant. Website easy to use. Lots of options. Easy checkout - not always the case when using US websites for us due to the zip code / postcode differences but it was quick and the delivery was made, as requested, on the same day. The Designer's Choice was truly unique and very colorful! The birthday girl said they were gorgeous! I called Wednesday and they were delivered Thursday, so prompt service and a lovely product! The delivery person left the flowers outdoor during the storm and by the time my friend was home to pick it up the whole bouquet was destroyed and it’s just waste of $100 [Update] However, I want to acknowledge that the team reached out quickly and offered to replace the flowers without hesitation. I truly appreciate the customer service and how they took responsibility. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that really counts. Thank you for making it right!
