I live out of town, and this was my first time ordering from Sunnyside Gardens, one of two florists listed on the website of the funeral home handling a family member's funeral. I started to place the order on line, but had a question about delivery time and didn't want to complete the order until I got an answer, so I called. No one answered, and I realized it was just after 2pm closing time on a Saturday. I was disappointed because I wanted to get the order placed, and I'd have to wait until Monday when they reopened. A few minutes later, my phone rang. It was the owner (I think), who'd seen the missed call and called me back. I really apppreciated that she took the time to do this. She answered my question, and I placed the order. At the funeral, I saw that the arrangement was really beautiful, and the message on the card had been hand written.
