This is worth reading. I ordered a bouquet for delivery and it was not"beyond beautiful". Normally, I wouldn't say anything and not do business with florist again. However, an email asking for a review got my attention. After speaking with Karen at Sunnyside, she pleasantly agreed to make it right. The replacement bouquet was nicer than even the represented online picture! This is a florist worth visiting.
